Gratuities are not included in the price. It is customary to tip the crew 15-20% of the charter price if the crew was courteous and professional. If not, let the Captain know!
Safety is our number one concern! THE CAPTAIN HAS THE FINAL SAY ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER. Our policy is to conduct business as usual if possible! If the weather is too bad to take the boat out, we will re-book the trip for another date. If another date is not agreeable, then we will refund 100% of your deposit. Please be sure to confirm your charter before traveling to Charleston.
If you decide to cancel your trip for any reason, cancellations of more than two weeks or 14 calendar days in advance from your scheduled trip, we will refund 100% of your deposit. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks or 14 calendar days but prior to one week or 7 calendar days from your scheduled trip; we will refund 50% of the deposit. Cancellations less than one week or 7 calendar days or not showing up for the charter will cause your credit card to be charged for the full balance. No exception!
